- Primary osteoarthritis
- Intact rotator cuff
- No glenoid dismorphism
- Almost conserved function, but severe pain unresponsive to physiotherapy and steroid/hyaluronic acid injection
Post-op

- TSA (anatomic) with short stem, uncemented
- Humeral Head ø 50 mm (16 mm height)
- with Head Adapter 2 mm offset
- Convertible Glenoid size M
- Subscapularis reinforcement with
- multiple non absorbable sutures
6-month follow-up
- No major/minor complications
- Very good clinical evolution in
- regard to the ROM
- No pain
- Return to work 4 months after surgery
